Meet Annie
From coaching individuals to sitting with hundreds of families in their hardest moments, from building learning and development programmes to leading communications and digital transformation – my career might look squiggly on paper. What connects it all is a belief that honest conversation changes things.
I’m interested in what’s actually going on. I listen properly, ask the questions people have been avoiding, and then we figure out what to do about it.
